Returns/Refunds Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Important Notice: Custom Goods Characteristics

Please note that we provide custom goods services, which are different from general retail products. Each order is produced based on specific customer requirements (size, style, printing/embroidery design, etc.). Therefore, the returns and refunds policy differs from that of general retail products.

1. Policy Scope

This policy applies to all custom apparel goods ordered through Wevvya HK, including but not limited to:

  • Custom T-shirts, hoodies, jackets
  • Group uniforms, class shirts, club apparel
  • Any apparel with printing, embroidery, or other customization processes

2. Situations Where Returns/Refunds Do NOT Apply

Due to the nature of custom goods, returns or refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

  • Goods produced after the customer has approved the design proof (unless there is a manufacturing error)
  • Goods produced based on incorrect size or color choices provided by the customer
  • Unsatisfactory printing results due to issues with the design files provided by the customer (e.g., insufficient resolution, incorrect format)
  • Personal subjective dislike of the design, style, or color (unless it clearly differs from the approved design proof)
  • Sale or clearance items (this will be specified at the time of order)
  • Goods already personalized (e.g., printed with specific names, event dates)

3. Situations Where Returns/Refunds ARE Accepted

We will accept returns or provide refunds/remakes in the following situations:

  • Manufacturing Error: The goods clearly differ from the approved design proof (e.g., wrong color, incorrect print position, missing print, etc.)
  • Quality Issues: The goods have obvious manufacturing defects (e.g., loose threads, holes, severe print peeling, etc.)
  • Quantity Error: The quantity delivered does not match the order quantity
  • Severe Delay: Delivery is not made within the agreed timeline, with a delay exceeding 7 working days (excluding force majeure factors)

If any of the above issues are found, please contact us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of receiving the goods, and provide clear photos/videos as evidence.

4. Returns Process

If return conditions are met, please follow this process:

  1. Contact Us: Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of receiving the goods, describe the issue, and provide photo/video evidence
  2. Review and Confirmation: We will review your case within 1-2 working days and inform you whether it qualifies for return
  3. Return the Goods: If confirmed eligible, we will provide a return address and instructions
  4. Inspection and Processing: After receiving the returned goods, we will inspect them and process the refund or arrange a remake within 3-5 working days

Note: Return shipping costs will be covered by us (only in cases of manufacturing errors or quality issues).

5. Refund Methods and Timeline

Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method:

  • Bank Transfer Payment: Refund to the original transfer account, processing time approximately 3-5 working days
  • Other Payment Methods: Processed according to the payment platform's regulations

If a remake is chosen instead of a refund, we will prioritize production and cover the remake and shipping costs.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

The order cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation Before Production: Cancellation after design proof approval but before production starts, 80% of the paid amount will be refunded (20% retained as administrative and design processing fee)
  • Cancellation During Production: Cancellation after production has started, corresponding fees will be deducted based on the proportion of completed work, and the remaining amount will be refunded
  • Cancellation After Production Completion: Cancellation after production completion is not accepted, unless the goods have manufacturing errors or quality issues

7. Size Issue Handling

Since custom goods are produced according to sizes provided by the customer, we strongly recommend:

  • Provide accurate size charts or reference well-fitting existing garments
  • If uncertain about sizes, request a size comparison chart from us or consult for advice
  • Consider ordering a sample garment to confirm size (sample cost charged separately)

If goods do not fit due to incorrect sizes provided by the customer, we cannot offer returns or refunds, but we can assist in remaking at cost price (charging only fabric and basic processing fees).

8. Color Variation Explanation

Please note the following factors that may affect color representation:

  • Colors may vary slightly on different screens
  • Different fabric materials absorb dyes differently
  • Printing techniques (e.g., screen printing, DTG) affect color presentation

We will provide fabric color swatches or print color samples for confirmation before production. If you have specific color requirements, please specify in advance, and we will do our best to meet them.
